Account Manager - Polymer Additives

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager with expertise in polymer additives to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key customers across the polymer industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the polymer additives business.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients, focusing on masterbatch producers, PVC processors, and polymer compounding manufacturers.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations in line with market conditions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, site visits and networking.
• Conduct regular customer visits, report on activities and coordinate order processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier management and coordination processes.
• Monitor customer accounts and handle payment follow‑up when necessary.
• Participate in domestic and international trade fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience in polymer additives or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and acquire new accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
