Account Manager – Turkey

About the role

The Account Manager Turkey will report to the Sales Supervisor Turkey and be responsible for achieving commercial objectives with direct customers and distributors across Turkey. This role combines sales leadership, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets for direct accounts and distributors.
• Develop and present fiscal year forecasts, business performance updates, and pipeline developments.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making and identify risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and relevant societies.
• Guide pricing decisions and contribute to sales budget planning.
• Manage OPEX and marketing expenses, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Submit and maintain monthly rolling forecasts and quarterly forecasts to balance inventory and supply.
• Coordinate local marketing events and deliver product training or device implementations as needed.
• Lead Commercial Excellence and CRM initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Utilise market and business analytics to uncover growth opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
• Implement inflation‑based pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial accounts and distributor relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product Support, Technical Service, Marketing, and other sales functions.
• Experience driving CRM adoption and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Budget management skills, particularly for OPEX and marketing spend.
