Accounting Senior Specialist

About the role

The Accounting Senior Specialist supports daily accounting operations for the Turkish entity of a global fertility and women’s healthcare company. The role focuses on accounts payable, expense processing, banking operations, e‑invoice tracking, export documentation, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial posting and timely information for treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices, service bills, and fixed‑asset invoices into the local ERP (e.g., Netsis) and record related accounting entries.
• Process employee expense forms, track approvals in SAP Concur or similar tools, and reconcile corporate credit‑card transactions.
• Prepare domestic and international vendor payment lists and execute transfers through banking systems.
• Perform daily banking operations, communicate with bank representatives, and support treasury processes such as export collection closures.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities, including foreign‑currency revaluations and prepaid expense postings.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts payable, expense accounting, and banking operations within a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal teams (Finance, Logistics, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR) and external partners.
• Familiarity with local ERP systems and electronic invoicing processes.
