Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join Saint-Gobain Weber’s finance team in Turkey. The role focuses on accurate processing of vendor invoices, import-related accounting, month-end closing and tax declarations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and Turkish regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record and track vendor e‑invoices, e‑archive invoices and direct expense invoices.
• Upload expense invoices to the EBA approval system and monitor approvals.
• Track import declarations, ancillary costs and perform related accounting entries.
• Conduct periodic GR‑IR tracking and reconciliations for import processes.
• Create and maintain vendor master data in the ERP system.
• Monitor expense invoice provisions during month‑end closing.
• Execute GEKAP and KDV2 tax declaration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with import or vendor invoice handling.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and the Uniform Chart of Accounts.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Required skills

• MS Office (especially Excel).
• e‑Invoice and e‑Archive processes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FI module.
