Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to start their career as an Accounting Specialist at our headquarters in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. The role will involve supporting the finance team in daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. You will assist in preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The position provides a solid foundation for future growth within the ENKA group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to flexible working hours and dynamic environments.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
