Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Accounting Specialist will handle daily bookkeeping, ensure accurate financial records, and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes for a food industry company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monitor transactions for compliance.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, process invoices and payments using accounting software.
• Collaborate with internal teams, support audits, and provide analytical support for reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and the preparation/interpretation of financial statements.
• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Esenyurt and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role within manufacturing or the food industry is a plus.
