Accounting & Taxation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Taxation Manager to lead our finance function at Fraport TAV Antalya. The role involves overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end accounting processes, guaranteeing accurate and timely financial records.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities in line with reporting calendars.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks and reconciliation procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and serve as primary contact for auditors.
• Ensure full compliance with tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and legislation, implementing necessary adaptations.
• Provide financial analysis, performance reporting and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Drive the digitalisation and optimisation of accounting systems, processes and reporting tools.
• Develop, mentor and manage a high‑performing accounting team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing accounting and taxation functions, preferably in a large, regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local statutory reporting and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit processes and maintain internal controls.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
