Advocacy & Influence Lead/Manager – Consumer Products

About the role

We are looking for an Advocacy & Influence Lead/Manager to drive our Consumer Products division’s influencer strategy, align with multi‑division objectives and ensure measurable ROI across paid media and content collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement division framework and KPI ambitions.
• Drive agency success, streamline business reporting and maintain compliance.
• Engage internal stakeholders at all levels throughout the transformation journey.
• Guide brands and functions in executing high‑value influencer work and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Generate audience and community insights through collaborations with internal teams and external partners.
• Own relationships with key agencies, monitoring tools and platform providers.
• Coordinate multi‑brand projects to improve productivity, efficiency and spend productivity.
• Lead strategic planning, execution and optimisation of paid media for influencer content, ensuring maximum reach, engagement and ROI.
• Identify, evaluate and adopt new media formats and platforms for influencer partnerships.
• Establish and enforce standards for content quality, brand safety and compliance.
• Own compliance and control on advocacy & influence topics and up‑skill division teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (lead) or 7 years (manager) experience in digital communications, influencer management, content production and content marketing.
• Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams and drive transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPI‑driven performance.
