Affiliate Broker - Real Estate & Legal Tech

About the role

Delilim, an AI-powered LegalTech and business operations platform, is hiring a full-time, on-site Affiliate Broker in Kayseri, Turkey. The role expands the company's presence in the real estate and legal services ecosystem by building relationships with real estate professionals, law firms and corporate clients, managing a portfolio of affiliate partners and supporting them in adopting Delilim's solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with real estate professionals, law firms and corporate clients, promoting the platform and its affiliate offerings
• Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners and negotiate collaboration terms
• Support partners in integrating Delilim's solutions into their operations
• Conduct market research in the real property sector
• Organize and deliver trainings or presentations about the platform
• Coordinate marketing activities to increase product adoption
• Track performance metrics, give feedback to internal teams and uphold a high standard of professional and ethical conduct

Required profile

• Strong sales and marketing skills to generate leads, negotiate agreements and promote the solution
• Knowledge of real property and a valid real estate license or equivalent qualification where applicable
• Training and presentation skills to teach partners and clients how to use the platform
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and time management, able to handle several partner accounts
• Professional work ethic, integrity and customer focus; prior experience in brokerage, real estate or business development is highly beneficial

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital tools and a basic understanding of technology platforms
• Familiarity with LegalTech or SaaS products is an advantage
