AI & Analytics Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI & Analytics Engineer to turn business challenges into data‑driven and AI‑powered solutions. Working closely with business teams, you will identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, build enterprise data products on Microsoft Fabric, and deliver analytics that support smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise data products using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and Semantic Models.
• Create and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation processes.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
• Ensure data quality, performance, governance and scalability across analytics solutions.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled applications and intelligent workflows.
• Support continuous improvement of the modern data platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services is a plus.
