AI Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organized, proactive AI‑driven Marketing Operations Specialist to support Zen Media’s AI‑powered client services. The role will manage client engagements from onboarding through reporting, ensuring efficient delivery and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AI‑powered client engagements such as AI Accelerator, Published Monthly and PM Lite from onboarding to reporting.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status calls and maintain ongoing client communication.
• Prepare AI visibility reports, presentations and performance updates.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional teams using Monday.com.
• Monitor project progress, resolve workflow issues and execute AI visibility campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation and operational processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management or marketing operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp or Asana.
• Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
