Air Freight Operations Executive

About the role

This full‑time, remote position based in Kadikoy focuses on coordinating daily air freight shipments. You will manage cargo bookings, prepare export‑import documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Book cargo space with airlines and agents and monitor shipment progress.
• Prepare and verify export‑import documentation, maintaining accurate records in operational systems.
• Liaise with airlines, agents, and customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Support rate and quotation processes and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Contribute to process improvements, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with customers, airlines, and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics, air freight, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of air freight processes, documentation, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with common office software and logistics systems.
