Airport Representative - Antalya, Side, Belek or Lara Beach

About the role

As an Airport Representative you will be the first point of contact for Jet2holidays guests arriving and departing from Antalya Airport and surrounding beach resorts. You will ensure a smooth, friendly transfer experience and support customers during flight disruptions or emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and distribute welcome packs and transfer information.
• Assist passengers in the arrivals hall and departures terminal, guiding them to transfer coaches.
• Act as the main contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and internal teams to maintain VIP service standards.
• Maintain accurate records using Jet2holidays’ in‑house digital systems.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Turkey and residence in Antalya, Side, Belek or Lara Beach.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts and weekends, including night‑time travel to the airport.
• Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors, especially in summer.
• Solution‑oriented attitude with strong customer focus.

Required skills

What we offer

• 34,925 TRY net salary per month plus 141 TRY per worked day.
• Fixed‑term contract until 31 October 2026 through a third‑party agency.
