AP Supervisor / Ödemeler Şefi

About the role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the hotel’s daily AP operations, ensuring vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately, timely and in line with company policies. The role works closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Stores and other departments to maintain efficient financial workflows and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP operations and guarantee accurate, timely invoice processing.
• Review invoices, match Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes, and ensure proper authorization.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate disputes, and prepare payment runs according to cash‑flow priorities.
• Monitor AP aging, maintain supplier contracts, critical dates and vendor records.
• Support month‑end closing activities, accruals, pre‑payments and ensure compliance with internal controls and tax/VAT requirements.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of AP experience in a luxury or 5‑star hotel environment.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel ERP systems such as M3, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
