About the role

Bilibili, a leading video community and digital ecosystem platform, is expanding globally and seeks an Arabic Creator Management & Operation specialist to shape its content strategy in the MENA region. You will act as the bridge between local creators and the global team, ensuring culturally resonant content that drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local cultural insight and guide content operations for the MENA market.
• Assist in selecting and refining content to match local user preferences and social trends.
• Onboard, manage, and nurture relationships with local KOLs/KOCs, coordinating day‑to‑day activities to maintain high‑quality output.
• Plan and execute online content initiatives that reflect local emotions and real‑life scenarios, boosting participation.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams, delivering continuous cultural feedback to align operational approaches with regional expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in social media, content platforms, or creator operations.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English for professional communication.
• Long‑term residence, study, or work experience in the MENA region and deep cultural understanding.
• Strong sensitivity to local content trends and the ability to predict what will resonate organically.
• Empathy for local lifestyles, emotional needs, and content preferences.
