Architect – Düzce Manufacturing Facility

About the role

The Architect will lead the design, planning and execution of new investment, renovation and improvement projects at Nobel's Düzce Manufacturing Facility. This role ensures all architectural work aligns with operational needs, GMP requirements, regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural design and execution for production areas, laboratories, warehouses, offices and ancillary spaces.
• Prepare and review drawings, construction details, technical specifications, material selections and quantity take‑offs from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Monitor contractors, conduct site inspections and resolve architectural or technical issues during construction.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, procurement and contractor payment processes, and ensure accurate as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project development and on‑site execution, preferably in regulated manufacturing (pharma, healthcare, food, cosmetics).
• Experience designing industrial facilities, production areas, laboratories, offices and landscape projects.
• Knowledge of building regulations, fire safety, occupational health and safety, GMP and cleanroom design principles.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM applications.
• Ability to produce quantity take‑offs and technical specifications.
