Architect with BIM Experience

About the role
Depixen is building a new data and AI specialism for the AEC industry. As an Architect with BIM experience you will help turn building information models into structured data that AI systems can use.
Key responsibilities
- Examine, clean, classify and map data from BIM models, technical documents and product information.
- Define concepts and relationships for projects, spaces, systems and products, creating ontologies for the built environment.
- Identify missing, inconsistent or duplicate records to maintain data quality and traceability.
- Collaborate with software and AI teams to manage the end‑to‑end data pipeline.
Required profile
- Qualified architect with strong, hands‑on BIM‑based project workflow experience.
- Ability to read BIM models beyond geometry, understanding objects, parameters, classifications and relationships.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and interest in data analytics, ontologies and semantic modelling.
