Area Sales Manager Poultry EMEA

About the role

Join JBT Marel as an Area Sales Manager for poultry processing solutions across the EMEA region. You will be the primary contact for customers, understanding their processes and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Sales Operations.
• Develop and implement market plans, drive sales of complex solutions, and increase market share.
• Support and train Account Managers with deep process knowledge.
• Maintain visit reports, opportunity registration, and CRM data.
• Collect competitor information and meet KPI goals for sales and margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience of technical/mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
