Art Director, Advisors Creative Desk

About the role

The English‑speaking Art Director will join the growing creative team at Mastercard’s Advisors Creative Desk in Istanbul, supporting the EEMEA region. You will translate strategic briefs into compelling visual ideas and lead the design of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic and creative briefs into visually compelling ideas and campaign executions.
• Develop creative concepts and design systems across integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital, social, CRM, experiential, and presentation communications.
• Adapt and localise regional and global campaigns for diverse markets while maintaining creative excellence.
• Present creative work confidently, articulating design rationale and creative thinking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Designer in an agency environment.
• Agency background, preferably within a global network agency.
• Experience working on financial services, payments, fintech or related consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual excellence, and integrated campaign development.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with After Effects and motion design (plus).
• Proficiency in Figma (plus).
• Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, typography and digital‑first communications.
