Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technician

About the role

This remote position is for an AI Technician who will research, implement, and optimise AI, automation and data‑driven technologies across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Research, assess and recommend emerging AI and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Deploy, integrate and optimise AI models, automation tools and workflows for finance, accounting, labour management and business intelligence.
• Connect POS and accounting systems using platforms such as Zapier, Make or Omnivore.
• Develop and maintain AI‑powered dashboards with Power BI or Looker Studio to monitor financial, labour and operational performance.
• Provide technical support, training and documentation to help teams adopt AI solutions effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms and systems integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, scalability and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
