Assistant Brand Manager – Knorr (Turkey)

About the role

Unilever is looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Brand Manager to drive the growth of the Knorr portfolio in Turkey. You will work within the Foods Marketing team, reporting to the Foods Marketing Lead and the Knorr Brand Manager, and will be responsible for translating brand strategy into consumer‑facing activation across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation, renovation and cost‑saving projects, ensuring timely market launch and developing trade stories for 2026 and beyond.
• Own business accountability, driving competitive growth and profitability targets for the Knorr brand.
• Co‑create the brand strategy and eight‑quarter plans, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
• Collaborate with agency partners and the global team to deliver consistent brand communication and activation.
• Plan, execute and optimise media, digital marketing and commerce initiatives with media and digital teams.
• Co‑lead the P&L for the Knorr Other Foods category.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
