Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will work side‑by‑side with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards and lead a dynamic retail team in Istanbul. The role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills while representing an iconic denim brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and implementing profit‑driving initiatives.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Run reports, analyse results and propose action plans to improve store performance.
• Control operational costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Inspire, coach and train team members on product knowledge and customer service.
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven customer‑service expertise and experience leading a retail team.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing store operations, stock control and administrative duties.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve results.
