Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Antalya)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Calvin Klein store in Antalya. Reporting to the District/Store Manager, you will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer experience and oversee back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards.
• Train, coach and motivate the sales team on customer service, product placement and time management.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance reports and recommend actions for improvement.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, stock management and omnichannel activities.
• Conduct regular stock checks, manage back‑office processes and ensure product safety.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate company updates to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong organizational, analytical and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with RFID systems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
