Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Join Swarovski as an Assistant Store Manager and help create memorable luxury experiences for customers. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a multicultural team, and ensuring the store operates smoothly every day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and embody the Swarovski brand.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to achieve performance targets.
• Assist with recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive sales, monitor monthly plans, and support achievement of commercial goals.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed, ensuring continuity of leadership.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a winning personality.
• Excellent customer service orientation and digital proficiency.
• Responsible, curious, empathetic and results‑driven.
