Associate – Corporate / M&A

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Associate to join our Corporate & M&A team, advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on domestic and cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset deals.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents such as share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements.
• Support corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
• Provide ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice to local and international clients.
• Coordinate transaction processes, liaise with clients, counterparties and other advisors, and manage multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law and membership in the Turkish Bar Association.
• At least three years of experience in corporate law and M&A, preferably from an international law firm or reputable local practice.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Commercial mindset, solution‑oriented approach and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
