Associate Fullstack Developer

About the role

As an Associate Fullstack Developer you will join Amadeus' Airline Engineering Services Unit in Istanbul, collaborating with a global engineering community to build and enhance travel technology solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of software that powers the travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain web‑based software solutions.
• Develop technical designs and conduct feasibility studies for new features.
• Participate in the validation and acceptance phases to ensure product quality before release.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, fluent English communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• No overseas travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Java, JEE, JUnit, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices.
• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript.
• Unit‑testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Jasmine).
• RESTful APIs, JSON, XML.
• Experience with JEE application servers, application security, databases and cloud platforms.
