Associate – Import Logistics

About the role

Join Beko’s Supply Chain Directorate as an Associate – Import Logistics. You will support the Import Logistics & Customs Operations team by analysing trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse import logistics performance, expenses, seasonality and anomalies.
• Design and maintain automatic reports and decision‑support dashboards, primarily using Qlik.
• Support the development of an advanced import logistics budgeting system and related business projects.
• Plan and coordinate import and customs activities to guarantee on‑time shipments.
• Manage multi‑modal shipments, Incoterms, and compliance with import customs regulations.
• Maintain relationships with transporters, customs brokers and forwarders, tracking service levels.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and contribute to projects that improve landed cost and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and technology adoption.
