Associate Lawyer (Corporate & Commercial)

About the role

Aydın Law, a leading boutique firm in Istanbul, is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to advise domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, commercial and general business law, including cross‑border transactions.
• Handle litigation and dispute‑resolution matters, drafting pleadings, petitions and procedural submissions.
• Manage case files, monitor court proceedings and ensure timely compliance with deadlines.
• Research legislation, regulations and case law, preparing memoranda and practical advice.
• Assist in structuring and implementing M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and provide legal opinions on regulatory and contentious issues.

Required profile

• Admission to a Turkish bar association with 3–5 years of practising experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate and commercial law and hands‑on litigation experience.
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, including legal drafting.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
• Strong communication, client‑management and teamwork abilities.
