About the role
Demircan Law Office is seeking a newly qualified associate to join its Istanbul office. The practice focuses on maritime, commercial, corporate matters and dispute resolution, offering exposure to domestic and international clients. You will work closely with senior partners on cross‑border transactions, the sale and purchase of yachts and commercial vessels, and complex dispute matters.
Required profile
- Recently admitted to the Istanbul Bar.
- Experience in litigation and court proceedings.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent legal research and drafting abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
