Audit Manager / Assistant Manager – Zurich Türkiye Audit Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager or Assistant Manager to join the Zurich Türkiye Audit team. You will lead the execution of the annual risk‑based audit plan, ensuring compliance with local and global standards while supporting the business in maintaining a strong control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the annual risk and regulatory based audit plan.
• Design and scope audits, assess risks, and apply appropriate audit techniques, including data analytics.
• Take ownership of audit work, apply professional judgement, document findings and report results in line with Group Audit standards.
• Agree on corrective actions with business units and deliver final audit reports.
• Share technical knowledge with the global Group Audit team and participate in continuous training.
• Develop business awareness and build strong relationships across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in insurance, actuarial science, finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit, risk management or compliance within the insurance or finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Proven project‑management abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• Experience applying data analytics in audit engagements.
