Banquet & Event Sales Specialist

About the role

Nusr-Et, the internationally renowned fine‑dining brand, is looking for a Banquet & Event Sales Specialist to drive corporate and social event business across its restaurants. The role combines client relationship management, event planning, and sales execution to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold‑calling and targeted mailings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from proposal creation to event execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Production teams to process catering requests and ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage the full event lifecycle – booking, planning, budgeting, and post‑event follow‑up, including payment collection.
• Maintain and grow a local client database, building long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet, event sales or similar hospitality sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and vendor‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications and sales‑related software.
• Technical aptitude for creating event proposals, timelines and budgets.
