About the role

As a Banquet Service Manager at Shangri‑La Bosphorus, you will lead the banquet team to deliver high‑quality service and ensure smooth daily operations, supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in planning and organising events.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and maximise the performance of the banquet team.
• Maintain high‑quality guest service throughout all banquet functions.
• Ensure smooth daily banquet operations.
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage with planning and organising events.

Required profile

• Passion for Food & Beverage and enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Fluent communication in English and the local language.
• Experience in a luxury or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Friendly, helpful, trustworthy leadership style.
• Creative eye for detail, strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and embrace challenges.
