About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team as a Barista, where you will craft high‑quality coffee and beverage experiences for guests. This position combines food preparation, beverage service, and guest interaction in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, baked goods, and a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Grind, blend, and brew coffee beans using standard equipment while maintaining consistency.
• Serve beverages and food items promptly, ensuring a welcoming and courteous guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment; empty trash and sanitize utensils regularly.
• Update signage and displays to attract guests and promote menu items.
• Take inventory, restock display cases, tables, and counters as needed.
• Continuously learn and apply new brewing methods, beverage trends, and presentation techniques.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Previous experience in a similar barista or hospitality role.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility.

Required skills

• Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment and beverage preparation.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Awareness of current beverage trends.
