About the role

As a Bartender at Shangri‑La Bosphorus, you will ensure smooth bar operations and deliver high‑quality service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis.
Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
Coach and maximise the performance of the team.
Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback.
Provide support on urgent issues.

Required profile

Passion for Food & Beverage.
Enjoy interacting with people.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment.
Creative with an eye for detail.
Strong planning, organising and problem‑solving abilities.
Willing to work shifts.
