About the role
Charlotte Tilbury is looking for a Beauty Expert for its Sephora counter at Mall of Istanbul in Istanbul. This is a part-time, permanent position based on the shop floor, where the expert combines artistry skills with strong product knowledge to help customers become the most beautiful version of themselves.
Required profile
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- Ideally experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
- Ability to work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs
- Follows company grooming standards
