BIM Specialist – Design & Coordination

About the role

The BIM Specialist will be responsible for modelling and drafting structural works, coordinating with other disciplines and reporting to the BIM/CAD Manager. The position is based in the site office for a Turkish entity of a multinational engineering firm.

Key responsibilities

• Create parametric models from sketches and directions provided by the BIM Manager and Project Engineers.
• Generate detailed construction documents derived from the BIM model.
• Integrate Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive drafting tasks.
• Assist in design coordination with the BIM Manager and Project Manager.
• Prepare typical details and maintain the Revit content library.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM coordination and modelling of large‑scale projects.
• Experience delivering projects according to international BIM standards.
• Proficiency in English.
