BOOST 2.0 Early Talent Program

About the role

Lesaffre’s BOOST 2.0 Early Talent Program is a full‑time graduate scheme designed for recent graduates in food, chemical, industrial, mechanical or electrical & electronics engineering. Participants join project teams, contribute to engineering design, implementation and testing, and gain exposure to production, process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation and testing of engineering projects.
• Track and report project progress and integrate new technologies.
• Work on production, process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
• Contribute to regional and global projects with real business exposure.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (up to 3 years) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
