About the role
The Cashier provides cashier services to clients at the İstinye Park boutique, handling transactions, returns, and daily reconciliation while delivering the ultimate luxury customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, provide product information and cashier services.
- Handle cash, credit card, check and foreign currency transactions.
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds and credit notes according to company policy.
- Reconcile daily transactions, verify cash balances at shift start and end.
- Input transaction and client data accurately into the system.
- Support boutique operations such as gift wrapping and ad‑hoc duties.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of cash register experience.
- University degree.
- Fluent Turkish and English.
- Strong numerical sense, detail‑oriented and high accuracy in payment handling.
- Team‑focused with flexible schedule for shift work.
