Brand Manager for Hitachi & YORK in Turkey

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort Turkey is seeking a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of the Hitachi and YORK brands. You will develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK, ensuring alignment with business goals and global brand standards.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Support product launches, go‑to‑market plans and brand activation initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage external agencies, partners and marketing budgets to deliver effective brand activities.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project‑management skills.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.

• Experience managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross‑functional projects.
