Brand Manager

About the role

Join the Brand & Communications team of Aydınlı Group, a leading fashion retailer in Turkey and the surrounding region. As a Brand Manager you will shape the long‑term brand strategy for globally recognised labels and ensure a consistent, compelling brand experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define brand positioning, annual marketing plans and communication roadmaps.
• Lead end‑to‑end brand management processes from strategy development to campaign execution and performance evaluation.
• Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel brand experience.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product, digital, CRM, retail, e‑commerce and creative teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion retail, FMCG, lifestyle or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end brand processes and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

• Fluent in English.
