Brand Manager

About the role

Smile Hair Clinic is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and maintenance of a striking brand identity across all communication channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, social media, printed materials, and in‑clinic experiences.
• Coordinate with advertising, digital, and creative production agencies, preparing briefs, managing campaigns and monitoring output quality.
• Develop creative campaigns and communication content aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance visual and verbal communication, preparing moodboards, storyboards and brand guides.
• Lead projects that improve patient experience and brand perception, including in‑clinic design and social media concepts.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to keep brand positioning up‑to‑date.
• Monitor and report brand KPIs such as perception, awareness, interaction and conversion rates.

Required profile

• University degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design or Visual Arts.
• Minimum 7 years of brand management and creative agency experience.
• Proven experience in brand repositioning and strategic design.
• Strong artistic perspective and aesthetic eye.
• Excellent English communication for briefing, presentation and content evaluation.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of branding, design direction and communication strategies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (ability to read/interpret designs).
• Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing and digital production processes.
