Brand Manager

About the role

Kozmoklinik is seeking a Brand Manager who blends strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical expertise to strengthen its skincare brands and drive growth. The role involves shaping brand strategy, overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and product launch materials aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media, and agency activities, monitoring campaign performance across channels.
• Collaborate with sales and e‑commerce teams to design promotional ideas and ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Prepare and analyse brand, sales, and campaign performance reports, tracking KPIs and budget utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, dermocosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in reporting and campaign analysis.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
