Business Analytics Specialist

About the role

Hedef Filo is looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to lead the development and continuous improvement of BI and reporting solutions. The role works closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver high-impact analytics, while supporting the company's data and AI transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build advanced dashboards and data products in Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud to support strategic decisions
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions
• Develop use cases such as forecasting, segmentation and predictive modeling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and promote self-service analytics
• Guide users in ad-hoc analysis and manage and prioritize ad-hoc reporting requests
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical models in Qlik and the data warehouse environment
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability across reporting layers
• Optimize and maintain ETL pipelines and SSIS processes
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics and promote data-driven culture, best practices and governance
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related roles
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain complex data insights clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud
• SQL and data querying
• ETL tools such as SSIS or similar
• Data modeling and data warehouse concepts
• Preferred: Python, predictive analytics, statistical modeling and machine learning
