Business Development Executive

About the role

Eksim Holding is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the International Business Development Department of Eksim Enerji. The role focuses on expanding the company’s renewable energy portfolio across solar, wind, and battery storage projects outside of Turkey, identifying new investment opportunities and supporting project development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global and regional energy market trends, policy changes, and investment frameworks to spot early‑stage opportunities.
• Develop business plans and market‑entry strategies for target countries, considering renewable auctions, CfDs, PPAs, incentives and legislation.
• Support overseas project development activities and engage with local partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and related departments throughout the project development life‑cycle.
• Assist in feasibility studies, prepare management reports and presentations.
• Review data rooms, conduct due diligence, and identify project‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) from a reputable university.
• 5–7 years of business development experience in the energy sector.
• Hands‑on experience with M&A procedures and project development permits.
• General understanding of wind, solar and battery energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with energy regulations, power market dynamics and feasibility risk factors.
• Strong command of English.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
