About the role

The Business Development Lead Expert will drive sales of Bosch Power Tools accessories in Turkey’s Marmara region. This position combines entrepreneurial sales ownership with direct budget responsibility, aiming to grow customer relationships and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for Bosch Power Tools accessories across the Marmara region.
• Take entrepreneurial profit responsibility, optimizing price realization, customer structure, and product mix.
• Manage direct budget empowerment toward customers.
• Implement central marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with user and retail marketing teams.
• Conduct systematic dealer visits, plan follow‑up actions, and expand direct dealer networks.
• Gather competitor and market trend information to inform strategy.
• Engage with end‑users to understand needs, convert insights into sales, and provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Increase numeric and weighted distribution of accessories.
• Promote and demonstrate power‑tool accessories to users.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomous working style.
• Strong sales knowledge, including negotiation and customer orientation.
• Analytical thinking and strategic overview.
• Knowledge of the power‑tools market is a plus.
• Adaptability to digitalisation, remote and agile working methods.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Turkish.
