Business Development Manager – Banking Fraud Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for ASEE Turkey Banking (Fraud) to drive new account development and expand existing accounts, leading sales and after‑sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
• Lead sales and after‑sales process.
• Coordinate all sales activities with Business Unit Manager.
• Support Account Manager in presales and sales process (prepare proposal, presentation, cost/benefit analysis, TCO…) to enable successful sales execution.
• Develop and maintain Solution Sales Plans.
• Organize follow‑up sessions with related parties and keep CRM updated with accurate data.
• Maintain deep knowledge of strategic solutions and their customer benefits.
• Understand customers’ business and technical plans, expectations and needs.
• Share customer demands with related parties to adjust solutions to changing market needs.
• Attend required marketing events.
• Develop business for existing or new products by acquiring expert‑level product and service knowledge.
• Create opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare sales documents, data sheets, presentations and case studies to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business development experience, preferably in international SaaS and license sales.
• Experience in complex multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT and banking sectors; fraud knowledge is a plus.
• Proven sales know‑how and presentation skills.
• Advanced level of English.
