Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for LexisNexis’ Legal Document Drafting solution, Lexis® Create+. This individual contributor role focuses on hunting high‑value opportunities across Turkey, building relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in Turkey.
• Identify, engage and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in law firms, corporate legal departments and government bodies.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos of Lexis® Create+ to showcase its value.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the Turkey region.
• Experience with management or workflow solutions is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma and ChatGPT.
• General understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
