Business Development Manager

About the role

Mavidev is expanding its enterprise‑grade software engineering services into new sectors and markets. As a Business Development Manager you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, building relationships with decision‑makers in Turkey and helping the company launch in international territories.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and own enterprise opportunities in Turkey across banking, fintech, insurance, e‑commerce, manufacturing, retail, logistics and energy.
• Lead discovery, proposal and negotiation calls with international prospects, starting with the UK and later the Gulf region.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on technical scoping, pricing and proposal preparation.
• Track market trends and competitors, and represent Mavidev at industry events and professional networks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology or software sales experience.
• Active, reachable network of decision‑makers in target industries in Turkey.
• Professional negotiation‑level English; interview includes English role‑play.
• Solid understanding of how custom software development services are sold.

Required skills

• Knowledge of enterprise software delivery models (agile teams, fixed‑scope vs. time & materials contracts).
• Understanding of custom software development services.
