Business Development Manager – Legal Document Drafting Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Lexis® Create+, our Legal Document Drafting solution. This pure‑hunting position will focus on expanding our footprint across Turkey by targeting law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow market presence in Turkey.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision‑makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government bodies.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that showcase the value of our Practice Management solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities and maintain a strong market position.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales, preferably within the GCC or similar markets.
• Experience with management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT, and a general understanding of large language models.
• Strong communication skills in English and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
