Business Development Manager – Road Freight (Turkey)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Road Freight to join DSV Türkiye. Based in Izmir, you will drive growth of our road logistics portfolio across the Aegean region, building strong customer relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Represent DSV professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the logistics industry.
• Valid Class B driving licence with active driving experience.
• Based in Izmir and willing to travel within the Aegean region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Advanced English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience using CRM systems.
